There are many reasons for back pain they are improper standing posture, improper sleeping posture, improper sitting posture, obesity etc. There is only one solution for back pain, that is proper food, good intake of water and exercise or yoga asanas. Some people may suffer from severe back pain and in those conditions it is advised to meet doctors before performing exercise. I have searched some hospitals on back pain, click here.
